Self-Pickup: 
Self-Pickup allows customers to place orders online or in advance and collect their purchased goods directly from the Natural Cosmetics Store, located at Karvasla Secret Gardens, 8 Sioni Street, Tbilisi, Georgia. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon collection.

Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is typically the default checkout setting. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 10 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier. Delivery dates may be extended when shipping volume is high. Your order may ship in multiple packages so we’re able to deliver your order faster.

Some ship to home orders are eligible to have multiple packages consolidated. This may change your delivery dates.

Merchandise subtotal does not Include Gift Cards, eGiftCards, MobileGiftCards, tax or shipping and handling charges.

1-Day Shipping option. Depending on the item origin and shipping destination, 1 day shipping may be available In select areas. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 1 business day after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier. 1-Day shipping option is available the city of Tbilisi.

Business days don’t include weekends.

Items available in stock are passed to delivery service within 24 hours, for items with the status “out of stock” delivery time is defined on the case by case basis.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout and will be visible on your order summary before you confirm payment.

Tracking. You can track the status of your order by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
